Is my flight included?

Your flight is not included. It is our experience that our Bethel Tours’ guests prefer to make their own flight arrangements so that they can take advantage of air miles and flexibility to come before or stay after the tour ends.

Who will be my host while on the Bethel Tour?

Your host is Gary Gargus. Gary has travelled to the United States and Canada hosting Bethel Tours for many years.

What deposits are required and are there deadlines?

$500.00 deposit is required to hold your seat. Three months prior to departure the remainder of your tour price is required.

What meals are included?

Breakfast is included in most cities.( Breakfast not included in Montreal and Quebec City)

Can we do laundry while on the Bethel Tour?

Most of the hotels on our Bethel Tour route have laundry facilities.

Who are welcome on the Bethel Tour?

Gargy Tours welcomes all baptized brothers and sisters, their children and progressive Bible studies.

What happens if I need to cancel?

I usually have a waiting list and do my best to find a replacement thus providing you with a full refund.

What about hotels before and after tour?

You must make your own arrangements before and after the tour. HAMPTON INN AND SUITES (TORONTO) offers great rates for our Bethel Tour guests.

What about medical insurance while on the Gargy Bethel Tour?

You are responsible to purchase any travel insurance, including medical.

What are the identification and documentation requirements?

Passports are required for entry into the United States.

Who really benefit from a Bethel Tour?

Everyone benefits from a Bethel Tour and that is by far the most common sentiment expressed by Bethel Tour guests. It is a true interchange of encouragement.

Are single fares allowed?

No. Our reasonably priced Bethel Tour rates are based on double occupancy. However, if you are travelling alone we can almost always pair you with another single guest to share accommodation.

Do you take a waiting list?

Yes, Gargy Tours has a waiting list so even if you are contemplating being our Bethel Tour guest, we encourage you to let us know as soon as possible.
